Your system not working like it should? Just bring it in! No need to make an appointment! We can give it the once over, as it were.

When you bring in your Mac for repair or servcie, our Triage department will attempt to make "quick fixes" that could get you on your way immediately. In the event your Mac does need to be checked in and repairs performed, we'll do our best to give you a range of potential repair costs.

Please do note that final and formal quote for repairs may not be available until after a technician has thoroughly inpected your computer.

In addtion to offering Mac repair services, we can also perform Mac upgrades such as hard drives and RAM.

We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider so we can perform warranty (often referred to as AppleCare) and non warranty repairs. All technicians are Apple Certifed in both software and hardware.

We repair all Macs, desktops and laptops. You will also find our rates very competative, including laptop display repairs. No need to ship your laptop off to some shop you'll never see.

While our goal is to to repair your machine and get your machine back to you with minimal costs and as fast as possible, sometimes repairs may exceed the value of your machine. We're very happy to advise you as to what reasonable limits are.

Additionally, when a repair is not cost effective, your $50 minimum charge is applicable to a new computer in our store. We also might be able to offer you an additional discount based on trading in your old machine, if there are still some salvageable parts.

Our average turn around time for Mac repairs is 2-3 days. Upgrades such as hard drives and ram are usually ready withing 24 hours. We appreciate how important uptime and getting your work done can be. Please ask us about our priority "next in line" service as well as service rental rates.
