Q: What do you offer online resellers don't?
A: We like to ask what you think online resellers are offering? Are they there when you need to ask a question... before AND after the sale? Rather than get into a huge debate, we're here to provide our clients with the best possible overall Apple computer related experience. Give the local guys a chance. You might be surprised.
Q: My computer has problems. Can I call you to get some help over the phone?
A: Absolutely! Call us to schedule a remote session. However in most cases, it's best that you bring your computer in or schedule us to come onsite. Please contact us to schedule onsite or remote services. Or simply bring your computer in during regular business hours, no appointment needed!
Q: Do you perform Apple warranty service on Apple computers?
A: YES! Just bring your computer in and we'd be happy to take care of it for you. No appointment necessary! And yes we perform repairs in house.. ie we don't send your machine out, so our turnaround time is usually 2-3 days.
Q: Do you sell used computers?
A: We sell new Apple computers. The same ones you see on the web and at the big box store. We just sell them in a more intimate setting. Because our focus is on new Macs, we do not sell used computers. In most cases, the value of a new Apple computer with current software, warranty and new computer smell far out weighs the perceived savings on a used computer.
Q: Do you repair/replace laptop screens?
A: YES! While prices vary, we believe you'll find our laptop screen replacements very reasonable and in many cases done within 24 hours!
Q: I got a killer deal on some upgrades for my computer online. Can I bring those to you to have them installed in my computer?
A: We're very happy for you. We've recently change our policy on installing customer provided parts. We simply ask you to sign a waiver releasing us from liablity in case any of your parts are defective or create other issues. We also charge for actual bench time with a one hour minimum. If you'd like to receive a minimum 90 day parts and service warranty (we match our labor to the warranty of the parts we install.. ie if we install a hard drive with a 3yr warranty, we'll replace that drive no charge if needed under warranty), ask us for a quote on both the parts and the service. And sorry, we do not loan our tools either (true story).
Q: How can I get the best deal at Create More?
A: Now that's what we're talkin' about! Great question! Our goal is to provide both value and service. It's important that you crave value and service to start with. If that's what you want, Create More is the place to shop! And here are some other tips to maximize your value:
- When you ask us a question, pay close attention to the answer. Most of the time we'll offer up an answer and a few questions to fine tune things and make sure we get it right.
- Buy MORE! We don't say that to sell you more, we say that to give you more. Too often customers come in and want to buy one item from us and a related item somewhere else.. trying to save pennies. Let us be your one stop for all your Mac related gear. The more you buy from us, the more you save!
- Consider that while we want your business today, we REALLY want your business tomorrow. We're thinking long term. We hope you are too.
